女性尿道悪性黒色腫の1例

MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF THE FEMALE URETHRA

　女性外尿道口部に発生した悪性黒色腫の1例を報告した。症例は84歳，外尿道口部の4cm径の黒褐色腫瘤を主訴として来院。腫瘤切除術を施行し，病理組織診断では悪性黒色腫の診断であつた。残存部の広汎な切除および鼠径部リンパ節郭清を追加したが，1カ月で局所再発を認めた。DTICによる化学療法，r-IFN—αAの局所注入などを試みたが効果なく，10カ月で肝転移のため死亡した。本例は本邦第12例目と思われる。

A 84 years-old female was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of tumor in the external urethral orifice. The tumor was 38×30×20 mm in size. Tumor excision was performed and pathological diagnosis of resected tumor was malignant melanoma. Extensive excision of the residual part of the tumor and bilateral dissection of the inguinal lymphnodes were performed. But a local recurrence appeared 1 month after the second operation.
