腎杯憩室内砂状結石（Milk of Calcium Renal Stone）の2例

TWO CASES OF MILK OF CALCIUM RENAL STONE IN CALYCEAL DIVERTICULUM

　73歳の女性が右季肋部痛，58歳の女性が顕微鏡的血尿を主訴に来院した。両者とも仰臥位KUBにて微小結石の集合した類円形の腎結石を認め，立位KUBでは上方に水平面をもつ半月様陰影に変化した。IVPでは共に結石陰影に一致して造影剤の排泄を認め，腎杯憩室内砂状結石（milk of calcium renal stone）と診断した。ともに自覚症状や尿路感染・腎機能低下もないため，経過観察中である。

First patient was 73 year-old female with complaint of right hypochondralgia and the second was 58 year -old female with microhematuria. The plain film of both patient revealed a round opaque calcified density mass in the middle (first case), upper (second case) portion of the right kidney in supine position, which changed into half moon shadow with a horizontal border in upright position. They are under observation, since they have no symptom and urinary tract infection.
