偶然発見されたリンパ管腫性副腎嚢腫

LYMPHOANGIOMATOUS CYST OF ADRENAL GLAND DETECTED INCIDENTALLY AS AN ASYMPTOMATIC MASS

　クローン病の精査中に超音波検査およびCTスキャンによつて偶然発見された副腎嚢腫の一女性例を報告した。本例ではCTスキャンで腫瘍の合併を否定できなかつたため，手術的に摘除したが組織学的に石灰化せるリンパ管腫性嚢腫であることが確認された。偶然発見される副腎の嚢腫性病変について若干の考察を加えた。

A case was reported of a 39-year-old female who had a calcified cyst in her left adrenal gland which was incidentally found during the evaluation of Crohn's disease. Association of a malignant tumor could not be ruled out by either of computed axial tomography or arteriography. Histological diagnosis after surgical removal of the lesion was multilocular lymphangiomatous cyst with calcification. Management of asymptomatic cystic lesion of the adrenal gland discovered, incidentally is briefly discussed.
