女性尿道に発生した悪性黒色腫の1例

PRIMARY MALIGNANT MELANOMA OF THE FEMALE URETHRA: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　悪性黒色腫は全身の皮膚，粘膜，消化管，脳脊髄などのメラノサイトより発生する予後不良な腫瘍である。

　近年その発生率は増加傾向にあるが，泌尿器系での発生は稀であり，女性尿道よりの発生は本邦においては今までに4例の報告があるにすぎない。

A 67 year-old female was hospitalized on September 7, 1982 with a chief complaint of tumor inthe distal urethra. The patient was performed cystourethrectomy, radical hysterectomy and bilateral lymphnode dissection. Diversion was accomplished by singlestoma of bilateral uretero-cutaneostomy. And she was followed by OK-432. She has survived 2 years and 9 months without complication. We summerized the histopathology, reviewed the available literature and discussed the treatment. Our case is the 4th in Japan.
