外尿道口形成術を行つた乾燥性閉塞性亀頭炎の1例

AN EXPERIENCE OF MEATOPLASTY FOR BALANITIS XEROTICA OBLITERANS

　32歳男性の高度の外尿道口狭窄を伴う乾燥性閉塞性亀頭炎に対し，Blandyの方法に準じて外尿道口形成術を施行し，経過良好な症例を報告した。

A 32-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of difficulty in micturi-tion. He appeared scarring of the glans and terminal urethra resulting in the pin hole meatus. These lesions were treated successfully by meatoplasty with penile skin flap and corticosteroid ointment. His-tological diagnosis was balanitis xerotica obliterans.
