緒言
悪性黒色腫はメラノサイトの腫瘍化により発生すると考えられている予後不良な悪性腫瘍であり，皮膚，粘膜，眼，脊髄，消化管，その他より発生するが，尿道粘膜に発生することは非常に稀である。最近われわれは73歳女子の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of urethral malignant melanoma was presented. This is the second case in Japan. The patient was a 73-year-old woman with malignant melanoma of the urethra and treated by nonspecific immunotherapy of Picivanil.
Eleven months later the melanoma increased slightly in size, but distant metastasis is not found and general condition of the patient is now good.
