治癒的手術を行つた両側性腎細胞癌の2例

CURABLE SURGERY FOR TWO CASES OF THE BILATERAL RENAL CELL CARCINOMA

　同期性および非同期性の両側性腎細胞癌の各1例を報告した。同期性腎癌は58歳男性で超音波で偶然，右腎腫瘍を指摘され，さらにCTで左腎腫瘍も発見された。右根治的腎摘と左腎腫瘍核出を行つた。非同期性腎癌は38歳男性で右腎癌で腎摘後6年目に胆石症の精査中，CTで左腎腫瘍を発見され腎部分切除を行つた。両側性腎癌の進展度分類について文献的に考察し，統一した基準がないことを明らかにして，その取扱いについて論じた。

Each one case of synchronous and asynchronous bilateral renal carcinomas has been reported. For the synchronous renal carcinoma ultrasound sonography indicated incidentally right renal tumor in a 58-year-old man, and further CT found tumor also in the left kidney. Radical right nephrectomy and enucleation of the left tumor were performed. For the asynchronous renal carcinoma CT showed left renal tumor in a 38-year-old man during complete medical examination of gallbladder stone 6 years after right nephrectomy for renal carcinoma, left partial nephrectomy was performed.
