腎部分切除を行つた単腎の腎細胞癌の1例

PARTIAL NEPHRECTOMY FOR RENAL CELL CARCINOMA IN A SOLITARY KIDNEY: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　単腎に発生した腎癌，あるいは両側性腎癌に対する腎部分切除術は，スペインのPuigvertの21例の報告^1），ヨーロッパの8施設合同の72例の報告^2），米国のTopleyらの23例の報告^3）があり，その遠隔成績は一側腎の腎癌に対する根治手術の成績に劣らない。本邦では，このような腎部分切除術の報告は10数例あるが，遠隔成績が明らかなものはその半数に過ぎない。

A 72-year-old woman who had undergone left nephrectomy for renal stone was admitted to a hos-pital because of anuria following an episode of gross hematuria. Diuresis returned with a ureteral catheterization, and a diagnosis of right renal tumor was made. She was transferred to our hospital for treatment. No distant metastasis was confirmed. Since the tumor was located at the lower pole of the kidney, partial nephrectomy in situ was performed using perfusion cooling of the kidney. Ischemic time of the kidney was 37min.
