保存的治療を行なつたPyeloureteritis Cysticaの1例

A CASE OF PYELOURETERITIS CYSTICA WHO WAS TREATED WITH CONSERVATIVE THERAPY

はじめに

　Pyeloureteritis Cysticaは比較的稀な疾患であり，腎盂尿管腫瘍との鑑別が困難なことが多いとされている。今回Pyeloureteritis Cysticaと診断し，保存的治療にて改善し得た1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 49-year-old woman was hospitalized with complaint of fever and left flank pain. Retrograde pyelography showed numerous, small, round, lucent defects in both ureters and urinaly cytodiagnosis was negative. She was treated with only antibiotics agents under the diagnosis of pyeloureteritis cystica and improved clinically. In Japan 18 cases inculuding this case have been reported and this case was considered the second case in which clinical improvements were obtained antibiotics therapy.
