患者は79歳男性，左陰嚢内容の腫大を主訴として当科を受診した。左高位精巣摘出術を施行，組織診断はセルトリ細胞腫であった。術後4か月再発，転移を認めず経過している。
A 79 year-old male visited our hospital with a chief complaint of gradual swelling of the left hemiscrotacontent. Left high orchiectomy was done. Pathological diagnosis was Sertoli cell tumor.4 months afterorchiectomy the patient shows no sign of recurrence, nor metastasis.
