両側腎細胞癌とその骨転移に対して保存手術を行なつた1例

A CASE REPORT OF SURGICALLY TREATED BILATERAL RENAL CELL CARCINOMA WITH BONE METASTASIS

はじめに

　両側腎細胞癌は剖検例では比較的多く認められているが，臨床的に発見されることは少なく，その報告例も限られており，臨床的に見過されていることが多いと思われる。われわれは最近，骨転移より発見された両側腎細胞癌の1例を経験し，転移巣を切除し，一側腎は摘除，他側腎には保存手術を行ない，2年8ヵ月にわたり経過を観察したので報告する。

Reported in the present paper is a case of bilateral renal cell carcinoma with right femoral bone metastasis in a 65 year-old man. His right kidney was radically removed and partial nephrectomy was carried out on his left kidney. Metastatic lesion of his right femoral bone was also surgically removed. He is still doing well without any signs of recurrence after 2 years and 8 months after the operation.
