　最近当科で経験した精索脂肪肉腫の1例を報告した。症例は54歳，男性，左陰嚢内無痛性腫瘤を主訴として来院した。腫瘤は鵞卵大，弾性硬で表面は不整，透光性はなく，左睾丸，副睾丸は識別不能であつた。

　左高位除睾術を施行。摘出標本は11×13×15cm,836g，病理組織学的には分化型脂肪肉腫であった。術後Adriamycin, Cyclophosphamideによる化学療法を行い，6カ月経つ現在，局所再発，遠隔転移を認めず，健在である。

A 56-year old man visited our clinic with a complaint of painless mass in the left scrotum of one year duration. The left high inguinal orchiectomy was performed, and the tumor was 11×13×15 cm in size and 836g in weight. The pathological diagnosis was well differentiated liposarcoma according to Enzinger & Winslow's classification. Postoperative chemotherapy was performed with Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamide, and postoperative course was uneventful with no signs of local recurrence and distant metastasis 6 months later.
