睾丸初発悪性リンパ腫の4剖検例

FOUR AUTOPSY CASES OF PRIMARY MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA OF THE TESTIS

　千葉県がんセンターで，睾丸初発悪性リンパ腫4例を経験した。全例に化学療法を施行したが，いずれも腫瘍死した。剖検では全身諸臓器に転移が認められた。以上から，本疾患は，元来，全身疾患であり，その初発部位が睾丸と考えるべきで，治療は高位除睾術後，十分な化学療法が必要と考える。

Four cases of primary malignant lymphoma of the testis are reported. In all cases, high orchiec-tomy were performed, and staging, clinical course and autopsy findings were meticulously investigated. After operation, patients received chemotherapy (mainly cyclophosphamide, vincristinc and prednisolone and, in two case, adriamycin was added). In spite of operation and chemotherapy, clinical course was progressive with metastasis to many organs. Finally, all cases died of malignant lymphoma. We con-clude that primary malignant lymphoma of the testis is a part of systemic disease and chemotherapy should be scheduled as such.
