精索脂肪肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LIPOSARCOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD

Ⅰ．緒言

　精索に原発する腫瘍は，欧米においては今日までにかなり多数の報告を見るが，本邦においてはいまだ少ない。しかもその大半は良性腫瘍であり，悪性腫瘍は比較的まれである。私どもは最近77才の左側精索に発生した脂肪肉腫の手術例を経験したので報告する。

Case is a 77 years old male who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of swelling of the left scrotal content which turned out to be liposarcoma of left spermatic cord, by surgery. Preoperative examination revealed no findings suspecting metastasis but since malignancy was suspected left orchiectomy including the tumor was performed. Postoperative histological examination showed that the tumor being well capsulated and was decided that since there was no danger of recurrence nor metastasis, no anti-tumor agent was prescribed nor radiation was performed.
