陰茎腹側弯曲症（chordee without hypospadias）の1例

A CASE OF VENTRAL CURVATURE OF THE PENIS (CHORDEE WITHOUT HYPOSPADIA)

　陰茎湾曲症の原因として尿道下裂，尿道狭窄，淋菌性尿道炎，Peyronie病および先天性陰茎湾曲症などが報告されているが，最近われわれはchordee without hypospadiasで，Devineら（1973）のTypeⅠに相当する症例を経験した。患者は21歳の学生で陰茎腹側弯曲による性交障害を主訴として受診。亀頭部から陰茎根部に索状物を触知し，手術的に切除した。この索状物は組織学的に海綿体組織でその内部に尿道組織は認めなかつた。

A 21-year old male was admitted in our clinic with a complaint of ventral curvature of the penis which increased with pain at erection. Hormonal examinations were all within normal limits. Fibrous tissue, which seemed to be the cause of ventral curvature of the penis, was excised without injuring the urethra and corpus cavernosum. The histological examination of the excised speciemen revealed poorly developed corpus spongiosum. The penis became straight after operation without troublesome complica-tion at erection.
