緒言
多発性尿管憩室は極めてまれな疾患といわれており，1957年，Hollyら1）の報告以来，文献的に49例が認められるにすぎず，本邦では5例の報告がみられるのみである。
われわれは，最近あいついで多発性尿管憩室の2例を経験したのでここに報告する。
Case 1 : 73 year-old man with BPH complained urinary frequency and sense of residual urine, and intravenous urography revealed the right ureteral diverticula.
Case 2 : 44 year-old man with bilateral renal stones, bilateral multicystic kidney and retrocaval ureter complained microscopic hematuria, and retrograde pyelography revealed the left ureteral diverti-cula.
Sinse we could not deny papillary tumor in Case 1, partial ureterectomy was performed.
Histrogically, characteristic inflammatory changes were not seen in the diverticula which had no muscle layer.
