腎細胞癌と全内臓逆位症を伴う融合性交差性腎転位の1例

A CASE OF CROSSED RENAL ECTOPIA WITH FUSION ASSOCIATED WITH RENAL CELL CARCINOMA AND SITUS INVERSUS VISCERUM TOTALIS

　62歳，男性にみられた全内臓逆位症を伴い，融合性交差性腎転位の転位腎に腎細胞癌が発生したきわめて稀な1例を報告した。

　交差性腎転位は本邦文献上164例が報告されており，合併奇形および後天性合併症を伴うことが多いが，腎細胞癌の合併は本邦第1例目にあたる。

A 62-year-old man was admitted with the complaints of gross hematuria and abdominal pain. Physical examinations revealed a child's head sized mass in the left flank. Various radiological exami-nations showed crossed renal ectopia with fusion associated with renal tumor in the ectopic kidney and situs inversus viscerum totalis. The ectopic kidney was removed and pathological finding was renal cell carcinoma mainly consisting of clear cells. 164 cases of crossed renal ectopia including our case have been reported in Japan, and to our knowledge, this case is the first case associated with renal cell carcinoma.
