悪性化を認める巨大尖圭コンジロームについて

STUDIES ON GIANT CONDYLOMA WITH MALIGNANT DEGENERATON

　陰茎腫瘤を主訴に受診した59歳，65歳男性の腫瘤を病理組織学的に検討したところ，悪性像を伴う巨大尖圭コンジロームであつた。本邦における本症の悪性化は自験例を含め11例の報告がある。コンジロームの原因となるヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV）の検討を行つた結果，癌ウイルスといわれるtype 18のHPVが証明できた。巨大尖圭コンジロームと陰茎癌との鑑別にはウイルス学的検討が重要と考えられた。

We report two rare cases of giant condyloma with penile cancer.

Case 1 : A 59-year-old male noticed a small nodule on his penis 5 years ago that has recently in creased in size as large as an apple. The biopsy of the mass revealed giant condyloma. Total amputa-tion of his penis was performed. The pathological diagnosis was giant condyloma with squamous cell carcinoma.

Case 2 : A 65-year-old male noticed a penile tumor in, February 1985. The biopsy of the tumor revealed giant condyloma with penile cancer.
