　検診にて偶然に発見された内分泌非活性の副腎腫瘤を摘出したところ，神経節神経腫であった．本邦での副腎原発の神経節神経腫の報告は19例目にあたる．われわれの施設における過去12年間の副腎手術のうち，偶然に発見された副腎腫瘍は本例を含め6例（8％），内分泌非活性の腫瘍は本例を含め3例（4％）であった．

A 56 year-old man was referred to our department, because of a mass incidentally found by sonography in the right adrenal region in a health check up. The mass was hypoechoic on sonography and hypovascular on arteriography. Laboratory data and endocrine data were all within normal range. The mass was success-fully removed, weighed 72g and pathological diagnosis was ganglioneuroma originated from the adrenal medulla. Ganglioneuroma from the adrenal gland is very rare, and this patient is the 19 th case reported in Japan.
