緒言
コンピュータ断層法（CT）をはじめとする各種画像診断法の発達により，後腹膜腔の腫瘤性病変の診断が比較的容易になつた。今回後腹膜腫瘍の臨床診断に，CTが極めて有用であつたganglio-neuroma （神経節神経腫）の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 39-year-old female was admitted with complaint of upper abdominal dull pain. Excretory urograms showed the downward displacement of the right kidney. An computerized tomography revealed the huge retroperitoneal mass which was located between the liver and the right kidney and dislocated the inferior vena cava extremely. Laboratory tests including endocrinological studies were done but the diagnosis was not clearly confirmed before operation.
