妊娠中に発見された副腎神経節神経腫

A CASE OF ADRENAL GANGLIONEUROMA IN PREGNANCY

　症例は30歳，妊婦。妊娠7週にて切迫流産の疑いで当院婦人科を受診。腹部超音波検査にて多数の石灰化を伴う左副腎腫瘤を指摘された。MRIにて径7cmの充実性腫瘍を認め，内分泌学的には非活性であった。悪性腫瘍の可能性も否定できず，妊娠中期に腫瘍摘出術を施行した。病理組織像は神経節神経腫であった。

A 30-year-old pregnant woman visited the gynecological department at 7 weeks' gestational age for the treatment of threatened abortion. A left adrenal mass with multiple calcification was incidentally found by screening ultrasonography. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a left adrenal tumor measuring 7 cm in diameter. The tumor was endocrinologically non-functional. Because of the possibility of malignancy, the tumor was extipated in the secondtrimester. Pathological examination revealed gan-glioneuroma.
