　企業健診の腹部超音波検査で偶然発見された内分泌非活性副腎腫瘍を経験した。腫瘍摘出術の結果，副腎では比較的稀とされている神経節神経腫であった。本邦での報告は自験例を含め18例である。

The case of a 39-year old male with right adrenal ganglioneuroma is presented. Ultrasonography incidentally revealed this tumor between the liver and right kidney. Routine laboratory studies and endocrinological evaluations were within normal limits. The diagnosis was not clearly confirmed before operation. The tumor was 5. 4 × 4. 0 × 2. 5 cm. Histological diagnosis was typical ganglioneuroma and did not show any evidence of malignancy. In accord with the development of ultrasonography and CT, we will be able to catch the occult ganglioneurorna more often.
