　22歳女性の左腎血管筋脂肪腫の症例において，所属リンパ節にも同様の病理組織をみとめた。このような症例の報告はきわめて少なく，本邦では2例目である。これらリンパ節病変が更に遠隔転移を来したものは，欧米の報告例にもなく，リンパ節転移というよりも多中心性病変と考えられている。予後に関してもリンパ節病変を持たないものと差がなく，放射線療法，化学療法などの補充療法も不要とされている。

A 22-year-old female with left abdominal pain was referred to our hospital from a local physician with a diagnosis of retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Based on angiography and CT-scan a diagnosis was made of rupture of angiomyolipoma of left kidney. Nephrectomy and sampling resection of the regional lymph nodes were carried out. Findings of microscopic examination were compatible with angiomyolipoma of the kidney and the same histologic changes were demonstrated in the regional lymph node.
