重複陰茎の1例

A CASE OF DIPHALLIA

緒言

　重複陰茎は男子性器奇形のうちでも，極めて稀な疾患であり，種々の奇形を合併することが多い。われわれは副陰嚢と重複結腸を合併した重複陰茎の1例を経験したので報告する。

One case of penial duplication noticed after birth was reported. Surgical operation was performed at 3 months of age. Two glanses were seen when unfolding the prepuce. Fused two penises were palpable to their roots. There was a sac of walnut-size supposed to be the accessory scrotum as the ventral aspect of penile roots. The urethra of the left penis was about 2cm in length and ended blind. The accessory scrotum and left penis were resected. Histological observation revealed the urethra was covered with a tissue supposed to be corpus spongiosum. Other anomaly accompanied was colonic duplication with a blind end.
