緒言
女児尿道下裂は非常に稀な疾患である。われわれは2例の女児尿道下裂を経験したので,主にその外科的治療経験について若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
Female hypospadia is very rare anomaly. Surgical treatment of two cases experienced in our clinic is reported herein.
Case 1: A 6-year-old girl, with multiple anomalies, was admitted for incontinence. After evaluation incontinence seemed to be caused not by neurogenic bladder but by sphincter insufficiency due to Blum type 1 hypospadia. When she was 10 years old, urethro-sphincteric reconstruction using anterior wall of bladder (Tanagho method) was performed. Postoperatively, although her urethral length gained slight elongation, she still remained incontinent.
