陰茎根部背側に開口した不完全重複尿道

A CASE OF IMCOMPLETE DUPLICATION OF MALE URETHRA

　6歳，男子．主訴は陰茎根部背側の排膿を伴う瘻孔．生下より同部位にくぼみがあり，逆行性尿道造影および開口部よりの造影では正常尿道とは交通なく，中枢側が二分した管腔が認められた．排膿を繰り返すため管腔を摘出した．病理学的には内腔は移行上皮に覆われ，海綿体構造は認められなかったが，不完全重複尿道と考えられた．

6-year male with incomplete duplication was reported. His chief complaint was pus disharge from the hole of the dorsal root of penile shaft. By rentogenographic findings, there was blind ending urethra like structure, which had no communication with normal urethra.This was extracted operatively. Pathologically the inner wall of this structure was covered by transitional cells, so this was thought to be an accessory urethra in spite that there was no accompanied corpus spogionum.
