陰茎折症の1例

A CASE OF FRACTURE OF THE PENIS

緒言

　陰茎折症は比較的稀な疾患であるが，最近本邦では本症の報告例は増加の傾向にある。

　しかし，欧米における本症の報告例は本邦に比べると少なく，Grossら（1971）¹）によれば米国における本症報告例は日本の報告例の約半分にすぎないとしている。

Penile fracture is rather rare. A recently experienced case of penile fracture was reported by review-ing the literature.

The case is a 28 years old married male who visited our clinic on October 6, 1975 with the chief complaint of painful swelling and deformity of the penis. The present illness started with a cracking sounds. followed with chief complaint on the day before his visit by sudden change of posture with errected penis. while playing with his child The diagnosis was established by interview and local findings and surgery followed.
