膀胱平滑筋腫の1例

LEIOMYOMA OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

　非上皮性の良性膀胱腫瘍は，全膀胱腫瘍症例の5％以下と言われている稀な疾患である。最近われわれは，膀胱平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので検討を加え報告する。

A thirty eight year-old female patient complained of dysuria and lower abdominal discomfort. Cystoscopic examination revealed a spherical covered mass with intact vesical mucosa protruding into the bladder from the trigone and right lateral wall. Lower abdominal ultrasonography showed a smooth-walled mass with numerous internal echoes. CT scan showed a mass in the bladder, which had no relation to the uterus. Under general anesthesia, transvesical enucleation of the tumor was performed. Surgical specimen was 5×3×1.5cm in size, 35 gr. in weight. The cut surface was gray and elastic with central hemorrhage.
