膀胱平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF LEIOMYOMA OF URINARY BLADDER

Ⅰ．緒言

　膀胱における非上皮性腫瘍は比較的まれなものであり，しかもその大部分は悪性の肉腫で良性腫瘍ははなはだ少ない。良性腫瘍のうち筋腫は比較的しばしば観察されている。われわれは最近膀胱平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

Nonepithelial tumor of the urinary bladder are rare and among them benign tumors are rare. A case of leiomyoma of the urinary bladder is reported.

Case is a 37 years old house wife, who was referred to our clinic after surgery for myoma of the uterus, when a tumor of the external bladder wall was noticed without being removed.

Cystoscopic examination, cystogram, pelvic arteriogram and other examinations revealed an infanthead-sized tomor compressing the bladder to the extreme left anterior wall. Leiomyoma was diagnosed by biopsy findings.
