緒言
女児の傍尿道嚢腫はきわめて稀な疾患に属するが，最近本症の2例を経験したので報告する。
Case I was a 10-year-old girl who had a non-tender cystic mass in the size of 1cm just below the external urethral meatus. At operation paraurethral cyst was removed completely. Histologic examination revealed a cyst lined with stratified columnar epitherium. Two years later the patient was asymptomatic and well.
Case II was a 8-year-old girl who had a chief complaint of a tumor with a diameter of 1cm at the posterior wall of the urethral meatus.
