女児傍尿道嚢腫の1例

A CASE OF PARAURETHRAL CYST IN A PREPUBETAL GIRL

　3歳4か月の女児傍尿道嚢腫例を経験した。外陰部の腫脹（腫瘤）を主訴として来院し，局所所見，嚢腫造影にて診断した。穿刺により経過をみたが改善がみられず9か月後に摘出した。組織学的には移行上皮で術後再発はみられない。本邦では小児の傍尿道嚢腫はこれまで13例報告されており，文献的考察を行った。本症の治療法としては乳児期までは穿刺や開窓術で良いが幼児期以後では摘出が望ましい。

A 3-year-4-month-old girl was admitted to the Sendai National Hospital because of swelling around the exter-nal meatus. A cystic mass, 1cm in daimeter was seen and radiologically demonstrated by injection of contrast medium inside the mass. As the size of tumor did not decreased after puncture, cyst excision was performed. Histological findings of the tumor showed paraurethral cyst covered with transitional cell epithelium. We revi-ewed 13 cases of paraurethral cyst of female children published in Japanese literature.
