後腹膜神経節神経腫の1例

RETROPERITONEAL GANGLIONEUROMA: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　後腹膜腫瘍は最近多くの報告をみるが，神経節神経腫は比較的少ない。われわれはこの1例を経験したので，文献的考察とともに報告する。

A 19-year-old male was presented with an oppressive sensation in the right upper quadrant. On palpation there was a elastic hard illdefined mass which was displaced with respiration. Blood pressure was normal. All routine laboratory data were unremarkable. Assay of a 24-hour specimen of urine for cathecholamine and other metabolites were normal. Radiological examinations, including CT scanning, demonstrated a large mass with minimal neovascularity in the retroperitoneal cavity located between the right lobe of the liver and the right kidney. The tumor densely adherent to the right renal artery was removed with the right kidney.
