症例は17歳，女性。頭痛，眩暈，嘔吐，嚥下困難を主訴に当科を紹介された。入院の当日に脳出血のため死亡した。剖検より副腎髄質過形成と診断された。
The patient was a 17-year-old woman who entered the hospital with chief complaint of headache, vertigo and dysphagia. She died of apoplexy of brain at the same day. The pathological diagnosis after autopsy was adrenal medullary hyperplasia.
