陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴とした好酸球肉芽腫の1治験例

A CASE OF EOSINOPHILIC GRANULOMA OF EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　好酸球肉芽腫とは，著明な好酸球浸潤を伴う肉芽腫性病変の病理学的観点からの総称であり，骨，皮膚，皮下軟部組織，呼吸器，消化器など種々の臓器，組織から発生する^1）。泌尿器科領域における本疾患の報告は従来，尿膜管^2），膀胱^3），前立腺^4），などで散見される。われわれは最近，副睾丸のみならず骨，皮膚に同時発生したと推測される1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

A 43-year-old man with a chief complaint of painless scrotal mass was referred to our clinic. A hard nodulus approximately 0.8cm in diameter was removed from the left epididymal head. Histological specimen showed characteristic proliferation of histiocytes and eosinophilic cytes, compatible with so-called eosinophilic granuloma. Similar lesions were detected in the right 4th rib, left scapula and almost all the skin regions. After surgery, administration of oxyphenbutazone 600mg daily for consecutive 22 days resul-ted in complete fading of multi-development of these ailments.
