偏側副腎欠損と推測される2症例—偏側腎欠損，クッシング症候群をともなう1例および嚢胞腎をともなう1例

TWO CASES OF SUSPECTED ADRENAL DEFICIENCIES:ONE CASE WITH UNILATERAL RENAL DEFICIENCY MANIFESTED CUSHING'S SYNDROME AND ANOTHER ONE HAVING CYSTIC KIDNEY

緒言

　副腎欠損は先天性疾患のうちでもきわめて稀で，その報告は欧米でも少い。その診断は容易でなく，臨床的にも多くの問題を有している。われわれは臨床的には偏側副腎欠損と推測される2症例を経験したので，それらの臨床経過を報告するとともに若干の考察を加えてみたい。

Two cases of suspected unilateral adrenal agenesis, one in a 39 year-old female with agenesis of right kidney and adrenal showing Cushing's syndrome from adenoma of left adrenal and another case in a 32 year old male with agenesis of left adrenal and anastomosis of right adrenal vein and liver, were reported. Atrophic, accessory adrenal and adrenal-renal heterotopia must be considered for differential diagnosis and long term ACTH treatment was recomended for these cases, after bilateral adrenalectomy, to accelerate the function of the accessory adrenal.
