緒言
精索の悪性腫瘍は比較的稀であり，なかでも転移性腫瘍は極めて稀な疾患と思われる。
今回われわれは左腎細胞癌を原発とする転移性左精索腫瘍の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 49-year-old man visited us with a complaint of macrohematuria on July 30, 1982. Diagnosis of left renal tumor and varicocele was made. Left nephrectomy was performed on August 11. Pathological study showed a clear cell carcinoma of the kidney. After the nephrectomy the varicocele disappeared. Eight months after the nephrectomy, enlargement of left scrotal contents was noticed. Therefore, left high orchiectomy was performed on May 6, 1983. The tumor in the left scrotum was found originated from the spermatic cord. Pathological study showed a clear cell carcinoma similar to the left renal tumor.
