同一家系内にみられたSipple症候群の2例

SIPPLE'S SYNDROME OCCURRING IN THE SAME FAMILY

　発作型高血圧で発症した58歳男性，51歳女性のSipple症候群（多発性内分泌腺腫症IIa型）2症例に対し¹³¹I-MIBGシンチグラフィを参考に副腎摘出術，甲状腺全摘出術を施行し，良好な治療結果を得たので報告した。本2症例は兄，妹の関係で家族歴からもSipple症候群の一家系と思われた。

Sipple's syndrome occurring in the same family was reported. A 58-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman were attacked with paroxysmal hypertension, and were suspected to have Sipple's syndrome by endocrinologic examinations. After CT scan and ¹³¹I-MIBG scintigraphy defined the localization of their lesions, the resection of the adrenal and thyrotomy with debridement of related lymph nodes were performed. Both cases were histologically defined as Sipple's syndrome. Since their relation was an elder brother and a younger sister, their family line seemed to have Sipple's syndrome.
