緒言

　腎形成異常（renal dysplasia）は病理組織学的概念であり，既に教室では高村が24例の詳細な検討を報告しているが，その診断の決め手となるのは原始集合管（primitive duct）である点では内外ともに異論はないようである^1,2）。この管腔は時に精巣上体管類似の微絨毛をもつ円柱上皮からなることもあるとされているが^3,4），その実例の報告となると極めて少ない。今回われわれは5例の精巣上体管類似の管構造をもつ腎形成異常を経験したので報告すると共に，以前教室の小柳が報告した1例も加え^5）内外の類似症例について総括し，その組織発生について若干の考察を加えた。

Herein 5 rare cases of renal dysplasia simulating epididymal structure were reported. All patients had normal scrotal content. In case 1, 22-year-old man, left nephrectomy was performed for non-functioning giant hydronephrosis due to PUJ stenosis. Microscopically focal dysplastic element, which resembled epididymal tissue, was recognized, although relatively well developed glomeruli and tubules were predo-minant. In case 2 to 5, 43-, 68-, 39- and 58-year old men respectively, clinical and radiographic examination indicated single ectopic ureter opening into the seminal tract and nephroureterectomy was performed in each case.
