白血病性浸潤による睾丸腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF LEUKEMIC CELL TESTICULAR TUMOR DURING REMISSION STAGE

はじめに

　白血病の経過中，白血病細胞が造血臓器以外の組織へ浸潤し，そこで腫瘍性増殖をきたすことはよく知られるところである。特に臨床症状を呈するものはある程度以上に浸潤増殖したものに限られるが，白血病の剖検では更に高率に他臓器への浸潤が証明されており，この点で臨床例と剖検例統計との間にはかなりの相違がみられるようである。

　今回，我々は，浸潤を受けることが稀とされている睾丸への白血病細胞浸潤例を経験したので，ここに報告し，あわせて文献的考察を行なった。

A case of leukemic cell testicular tumor, during remission stage, was reported. Case is a 9 year old boy, who visited our clinic on January, 13, 1969, for swollen left testicle which occurred since the end of December, during interruption of medication for complete remisision in December, 1968 due to Predonisolone treatment for acute myeloid leukemia, which had been administered since May 1967. The left scrotal content was hen-egg sized, smooth, elastic firm tumor with no tenderness. The leucocyte count was 8600 and the peripheral blood and bone-marrow examination showed acute myeloid leukemia mostly of osteoblasts.
