女子巨大尿道憩室の1例

A CASE OF THE GIANT DIVERTICULUM OF THE FEMALE URETHRA

緒言

　女子尿道憩室は，現在では決して稀ではない。最近，われわれは巨大な多房性尿道憩室で，治療上困難な問題を有した症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A-59-year-old female with the chief complaints of pollakisuria and terminal pain on urination was hospitalized. She was diagnosed as urethral diverticulum but because it was giant (5.5×4.5 cm) and multiloculacystic, radical operative treatment was postponed.

However the complaints gradually became worse, which necessitated the partial removal of the diverticulum.

The post-operative condition was considered satisfactory after the follow-up for one-year and a half.
