Distal Ureteral Atresiaの1例

A CASE OF DISTAL URETERAL ATRESIA

緒言

　最近われわれは，極めて稀な尿管奇形であるdistal ureteral atresiaによる巨大水尿管症の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 45 year-old male. During treatment for gastric ulcer, he was accidentally pointed out hypoplasia of left kidney and dilatation of left ureter, by ultrasonography. He had no complaint other than abdominal pain. No abdominal mass was palpable. Urine examination was normal. Cysto-scopy showed absence of left ureteral orifice and left half of trigone. Left kidney was not visualized by DIP. Percutaneus pyeloureterography showed left giant hydroureter and opaque medium was not transmitted to the bladder.
