尿路性器結核の臨床的観察

CLINICO-STATISTICAL OBSERVATION ON UROGENITAL TUBERCULOSIS

緒言

　従来，尿路性器結核は泌尿器科においてもつとも頻度の高い疾患の一つであつたが，最近は化学療法の発達や生活水準の向上などで発生頻度が減少し，予後も向上したといわれている。しかし，いまだに新鮮例も多く，また臨床像も複雑化しているなどの点から決して軽くみることのできない疾患である。今回，当院泌尿器科における過去11年間の尿路性器結核についての臨床統計をまとめたのでここに報告する。

A clinico-statistical observation was made on 54 cases of urogenital tuberculosis newly found at our clinic between April 1970 and December 1980. The results obtained were as follows;

1) The incidence of urogenital tuberculosis in total outpatients was about 0.35% (54/15, 650).

2) The male and female patients of urinary tuberculosis were same in number.

3) The highest incidence of urinary tuberculosis was observed in the fourth decade and average age was 44-year old.

4) The incidence of previous extra-urogenital tuberculosis was 28%.
