後腹膜嚢腫と思われた過剰腎所属のDistal Ureteral Atresia—（附：Distal Ureteral Atresiaの分類）

A DISTAL URETERAL ATRESIA ARISING FROM A SUPERNUMERARY KIDNEY; A CASE REPORT AND CLASSIFICATION OF THE DISTAL URETERAL ATRESIA

緒言

　最近，われわれは後腹膜嚢腫と思われた過剰腎所属のDistal Ureteral Atresiaの1例を経験した。文献上，尿管奇型であるDistal Ureteral Atresiaは極めて少く，しかも巨大な嚢腫状の尿管が重複腎盂でなく過剰腎に所属していたのは非常に稀なので報告すると共に，本症について文献的考察を加え，分類法を考えてみた。

Distal ureteral atresia is a very rare deformity of the ureter. This condition is extremity difficult to differentiate from other retroperitoneal cysts. A case of a giant cyst formation of the ureter arising not from a double pelvis but from a supernumerary kidney was reported and classification was suggested and the major symptoms and clinical findings were also presented after reviewing the literature. This case was a 26 year-old male with the chief complaint of distended abdomen.
