緒言
線維性黄色腫（fibrous xanthoma）は線維性組織球腫（fibrous histiocytoma）として一括される組織球を主体とする腫瘍性病変の一つであるが，後腹膜腔に発生した1例を経験したので報告する。
A 27-year old woman was admitted to Niigata Cancer Center Hospital with the complaint of the left abdominal tumor and abdominal pain on July 20, 1981. Physical examination revealed a smooth and hard tumor in the left hypochondrial region. Radiological examination including CT scanning showed an apple-sized tumor in the retroperitoneal cavity above the left kidney.
On September 16, 1981, the mass, together with the left kidney, was removed through transperitoneal incision.
