緒言
多発性尿管憩室は極めて稀な疾患で，1957年Hollyら1）の報告以来37例にすぎない。最近本邦第6例目と思われる58歳男性の多発性尿管憩室の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
The patient was a 58 year-old male with chronic prostatitis complaining of pollakisuria and dysuria. Retrograde pyelography revealed multiple out-pouchings of both ureters. It was considered that one of the important etiologic factors in the entity was the lower urinary tract obstruction.
