緒言
男子尿道に発生する新生物は比較的稀であり，特に前立腺部尿道の良性上皮性腫瘍の報告は文献的に極めて少ない。今回われわれは後部尿道に発生した乳頭状腺腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A 73-year-old man was admitted because of difficulty of urination and nocturia. Retrograde ure-thrography revealed a large shadow defect at posterior urethra. The papillary polyp of the prostatic urethra was discovered and resected with endoscopic operation. Pathological finding was papillary adenoma. The relation of papillary adenoma and ectopic prostatic tissue was discussed.
