子宮脱による水腎水尿管の1例

A CASE OF HYDRONEPHROURETER DUE TO UTERINE PROLAPSE

緒言

　婦人科領域の疾患で，尿路合併症が発生しやすいことはよく知られている。今回われわれは，完全子宮脱に水腎水尿管を合併した症例を経験したので報告し，若干の文献的考察を行う。

A 67-year old female with pollakiuria and macroscopic hematuria visited our hospital on October 22, 1984. IVP showed bilateral hydronephroureter and a calcified mass in the mid-pelvis. After admis-sion, uterine prolapse and vaginal cystocele were discovered incidentally. Transvaginal hysterectomy, anterior and posterior colporrhaphy, and levator-suture were performed on January 24, 1985. A densely calcified mass 5 cm in diameter was located into the peritoneum pelvis. Pathologically the uterus was an atropical myoma and calcified.
