後部尿道に発生した内反性乳頭腫の1例

A Case of Inverted Papilloma of the Posterior Urethra

　症例は25歳，男性。排尿困難，肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。尿道鏡にて後部尿道より発生した腫瘍を認めたため，経尿道的腫瘍切除術を施行した。病理組織学的に内反性乳頭腫と診断された。自験例は後部尿道に発生した内反性乳頭腫の本邦報告29例目と思われた。

A 25-year-old male visited our hospital with two chief complaints of difficult urination and gross hematuria. Urethroscopy showed a pedunculated tumor at the posterior urethra. Based on the diagnosis of posterior urethral tumor, transurethral resection of the tumor was performed. Pathological examination revealed inverted papilloma. The present case seems to be the twenty-ninth case reported in Japanese literature.
