副睾丸平滑筋腫の1例

A CASE OF THE EPIDIDYMAL LEIOMYOMA

緒言

　副睾丸平滑筋腫は比較的まれな疾患である。われわれは，その1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 64-year-old male visited Chiba University Hospital with a chief complaint of left scrotal mass. Punction was performed under the diagnosis of hydrocele of the left testis. A painless mass was also palpated at the tail of the right epididymis. The operation for hydrocele of the left testis and right epididymectomy were performed on November 30, 1977. The mass was solid, 10×9×8mm in size and the excised section was yellow. Histologically, the diagnosis was the epididymal leiomyoma.
