副睾丸部平滑筋腫の1例

LEIOMYOMA OF THE EPIDIDYMIS AND IN ITS VICINITY: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　副睾丸の平滑筋腫は比較的稀な腫瘍である。著者は最近副睾丸尾部に付着していた平滑筋腫を経験したので報告する。

A rather rare case of leiomyoma of the epididymis was reported. The patient was 48 years old with the chief complaint of indolent left scrotal mass, for the last 7 months. The mass first started as a little finger-tip size which grew to a walnut size at his first visit. Left epididymectomy was performed under the diagnosis of tuberculous epididymitis on August 28, 1974. The mass sized 3 cm in diameter was round, elastic hard and well encapsulated, attached to the tail of epididymis by a stock. The cut surface was meat-like gray yellowish white and had no direct continuous relation to the epididymis.
